Buyers have the right to cancel and return an item within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
 

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
 

The cost of return shipping is paid by the Buyer, except when the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, in which case Lusé covers the shipping cost.
 

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or canceled.
 

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received.
